Razer Orochi Black Chrome Edition: Available Now – Price

With the way technology is moving forward there’s no reason why you shouldn’t have the best peripherals for your laptops and PCs that money can buy. The gaming mouse has become quite a subject for us at OSM with different ones being released all the time that we are trying to keep up with.

Recent reports include the Logitech G700, the NZXT Avatar S, the Razer Naga Epic and of course the Razer DeathAdder. Now Razer has a new one which we learned of today and it’s certainly a thing of beauty with its slick, sleek design. It’s the Razer Orochi Black Chrome edition and it’s available right now at a price of $79.99.

The gaming rodent has 7 programmable buttons, it can be used either cabled or wirelessly using Bluetooth. When it’s in wireless mode you have up to 2000DPI in sensitivity with 125Hz polling/8ms response… But, when you have it cabled you have up to 4000DPI, 1000Hz Ultrapolling/1ms response. Just as a side note the device is compatible with PCs and Macs but for wireless use you will need Bluetooth connectivity, also it’s great for you lefties out there who often get missed out.

So it’s clear from the specs shared by Razer from their product page that when it’s being used wirelessly, it’s a good mouse but when it’s used cabled it’s a great mouse! At $79.99 it’s about in line with the majority of decent gaming mice so this one could be the right choice for you.
