LG Optimus 3D Release News: June 20 for UK

Way back in February we took a look at upcoming Android smartphones and compiled a roundup of some of the best and one of the handsets we featured was the LG Optimus 3D, a glasses-free 3D phone. We now have news for you of its release in the U.K. and there’s not too much longer to wait.

Firstly if you can face the cost of a SIM-free phone then it’s coming to Amazon U.K. for release on June 20. Pre-orders are available now for the first 3D phone to come to the U.K., at a price of £599.99, according to Carly Page over on SoMobile, sourced from Amazon.

For a brief recap on specs we can tell you that the Optimus 3D has a 4.3-inch display, 1GHz processor, 8GB storage, 512MB of RAM, microSD expandable to 32GB and 5-megapixel camera.
