HTC Sensation 4G At Walmart: Released Early, You Got Yours?

Are you one of the many interested in the new HTC Sensation 4G? We know that the smartphone is causing waves in the market with rife competition from others such as its neighbor the HTC EVO 3D, Apple’s iPhone, Samsung’s Galaxy S2 and so on.

Before we refresh you on its specs, we wanted to let you know that despite reports of the new handset coming at a later date this month, some of you have reported on already picking up the phone early at some Walmart stores. Its difficult to say whether this is across the entire organisation but according to Ubergizmo via TmoNews, some consumers have been able to pick up the Sensation for a price of $148.88 together with a 8GB microSD card.

In terms of specs, the new HTC will include a 4.3-inch qHD display (click here with a comparison made between the Galaxy S2 and new Motorola Photon 4G), that all important 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Gingerbread 2.3 OS, DLNA, HSPA + support, big 8MP rear camera and front-facing camera and so on.
