Microsoft Kinect: The Power Of Voice Control Shown At E3 2011

For those of you who are proud Microsoft Xbox 360 and Kinect owners things are only getting better. The war of the consoles is certainly heating up as we have entered the major event in the gaming calendar, E3 2011.

Microsoft look to be taking full advantage of Sony’s PSN Outage by showcasing some really cool features that will push the sales of the Kinect without a doubt. The Microsoft Kinect and the power of its voice control was shown at E3 2011 and to say it was amazing would be the understatement of the year.

We saw it demonstrated how you can move through the menus and showing how Bing is being integrated deeper than ever before by collating everything in one place simply by telling the thing what to do!

One thing that went down very well with the on looking audience is when the new Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier was shown with the gun customization that was available. Changing the gun’s attachments and optimizing it for your next mission using your voice and movements. Once you have the gun how you want it then you can try it out on a firing range… In a word, amazing.

Are you looking forward to Microsoft launching these features? Will you take advantage of them? Let us know in the comments section below.
