HTC Sensation Available From Vodafone Now

For those smartphone fans eagerly awaiting the launch of the HTC Sensation then you will not be disappointed… well if you are a Vodafone customer anyway. The network has a short exclusivity period on HTC’s newest flagship handset, with the promised release being delivered on time.

Cnet has reported that the Sensation is available for free on all of Vodafone’s £35 a month tariffs, with a range of different offerings to suit your needs. Unusually but excellently you are not being pinned down to a minimum 18 month contract term; instead a shorter 12 month is being offered along with the 18 and 24.

There is also an option to pay as much as £200 for the handset with a return of at least 500MB of monthly data, with some plans offering 750MB or 1GB if that is what your in the mood for. Any customers who pre-ordered the Sensation should have it in their hand by now, if you are one of these we want to know what you think of it.

HTC’s follow up to the Desire should be available in June for the other big networks, with a SIM-free PAYG version being offered at the same time for around the £500 mark. The Sensation comes packed with Gingerbread 2.3 and HTC’s Sense 3.0 skin, as well as a 4.3-inch touch screen and 8 MP camera. For a full list of specs click here.
