Samsung Infuse 4G & HP Veer 4G: Hitting AT&T – Best Deals?

The smartphone world has been heating up for some time now with various models entering the market such as the Samsung Galaxy S II which is a talking point for most. There’s still a lot of talk about the much awaited release of the iPhone 5 which looks to be September.

Now we have a couple of other smartphones to talk to you about that have been gaining interest from the world and they are the Samsung Infuse 4G and the HP Veer. Both of these handsets are hitting AT&T but are they offering the best deals and would you join AT&T to get one of these smartphones?

Firstly the Samsung Infuse 4G, let’s just have a quick recap on the device. It runs on the Android 2.2 OS, it has a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED display at a resolution of 480×800, it’s ultra-thin at 8.99mm making it the thinnest 4G device and it also has an 8 megapixel camera for those pictorial moments. The AT&T site is offering this for $199.99 on a two-year contract so head on over and read the full details of the device there and if you want to proceed with an order then you can.

Secondly we have the HP Veer 4G; again let’s have a recap to see what you are getting for your money. It has a 5 megapixel camera, a 2.6-inch touch screen running at a resolution of 320×400, it runs on the HP webOS and it’s available from AT&T for $99.99 on a two-year deal.

We first learned of both devices through an article on Engadget by Sean Hollister and there’s been an update on it to say that you can save yourself $99.99 if you are after the HP Veer as it’s free on Best Buy in either black or white.
