LG P430 & P530 Extra Thin Screen Notebooks: Specs & Release

Since the start of this year, the tech world has seen many new innovations including mobile phones, tablets, cameras, TV’s and so on, and news today is of 2 more on the way. Bring on the new LG Blade P430 and P530 notebook pair. As devices get slimmer and lighter to hold the progression of new technology continues.

In terms of specs, Pocketlint has reported that the 2 in question will include a “super slim” screen, surround and overall casing. Features to the 2 will include a 14-inch 1366×768 display for the smaller 4.5mm thick P430 and for the P530, a 15.6-inch display measuring 4.7mm in thickness.

When the 2 were placed side by side and weighed, the 14-inch version resulted in 1.94kg whilst its bigger neighbour 2.2kg. Although the LG Blades on appearance come with brushed aluminium trim they do come as a black or blue model.

Performance wise, the pair will include a Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA Graphics GeForce GT520M, SRS and DLNA connectivity options, and for those of you interested in the camera on any given device, these will come complete with a 1.3 MP HD webcam.

Although the prices for the 2 are still to be announced, we can tell you that the smaller P430 will be released sometime this month with Electonista reporting that the bigger version will be coming in June.
