White iPhone 4 Release April 28: Price for Verizon and AT&T

For a number of months now we have been eagerly awaiting the release of the white iPhone 4 and on two occasions we have seen we have seen product pages popping up and being taken down. The first time was with Verizon and it was up for a little while, long enough for us to get screenshots. The other one was a bit more recent and it was from network Three UK.

Now the White iPhone 4 is primed and ready for release on April 28 and now we have the price of it for Verizon and AT&T. With that being the case we have already raised the question of is this too little too late from Apple for the iPhone 4 in white being released? Surely this iconic device should have arrived a heck of a lot quicker.

We learned of the pricing through Engadget’s article written by Tim Stevens where he says that there aren’t any changes that we are unaware aside from the recent update to make it Verizon capable and the obvious change of pyjamas from black to white. That being the case there will be no deviation from the current pricing already setup on Verizon and AT&T.

Just as a little recap, you can pick up the device in either black or white for on a two year contract for $199 (16GB) and $299 (32GB). The downside is the two years you get tied in for when there’s already a lot of talk about the successor to the iPhone 4. Check out Apple’s homepage and their Apple iPhone 4 page for a bit more info.
