HTC Sensation June 8th Release: Announcement Sign Up Page

Following on from the HTC official event in London just over a week ago, many devices were launched including that of the Sensation initially called the Pyramid.

As well as finding out the specs listing which are pretty impressive, we were given a suggested release date which now transpires to be around the 8th June with T-Mobile carrying the handset. Since that time, we have given reviews of the Sensation, a 1080p shootout against the LG Optimus 2X, testing of 3D graphics, comparisons between other handsets such as the Galaxy S II from Samsung and Droid Bionic from Motorola and so on.

Today for anyone interested in the new handset, a sign up page has been installed which will give updated information on the Sensation including as Engadget stated, news and announcements. Click here to head straight over to the page.

In terms of specs, the HTC running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread will give you, the user a 4.3-inch display matching other handsets including the Bionic and Galaxy S II, 768MB of RAM, Sense 3.0, 1.2GHz dual-core processor which is a big asset to the smartphones coming out, 4GB of internal memory, 8GB memory, 2 cameras the first being a 8MP rear with 1.2MP to the front amongst other attributes.

Do you think other manufacturers would benefit from offering this kind of service? If you have set your heart on a particular smarpthone but are waiting for its release, wouldn’t it be nice to be kept informed of all goings on?
