The Masters 2011: Official Golf Android App

The Masters 2011 golf tournament from Augusta National, Georgia, sees the first round this Thursday April 7 and the tournament concludes on Sunday April 10. There’s no doubt that this tournament is one of the sporting highlights of the year and if you want to know how you can follow every moment, we can tell you that an official Masters 2011 Android app is now available.

This is a free app and if you want to download it head to the Android Market link here. On the official Masters 2011 website it lists this app which will give you updates, scoring, footage and more. The Masters Golf tournament Android app gives you all the news and although the first round is not being played until Thursday, practice rounds are already underway so you may want to download the app as soon as you can.

The app was updated on March 29 and requires Android 1.6 or later. Features include the live leader board with video highlights, a course overview, live radio streaming and news coverage including tee times, pairings alerts and more.
