Rovio Angry Birds On Android: 60 Gaming Levels To Choose

If you’re like me and cannot get enough of the popular and very addictive “Angry Birds” game, then you will be pleased to know that a new edition as come to the Android platform. Up until now iOS as well as Android users have been lucky enough to benefit from the pig and bird game, but with news in today of additional episodes and levels, this is certain to entice a bigger following.

Rovio‘s free game up until now has been based around different levels where you basically have to kill the nasty pigs using a slingshot and birds. Aiming your feathered friend into a purpose built structure may not appeal to everybody, but take my word once you start the game, you cannot get enough of it.

Users will now benefit from the new edition of Angry Birds Rio, something of which we have spoken about on numerous occasions here at OSM. Instead of attacking the pigs, as BGR reported, your goal is to free the birds from knocking them out of their cages. The Rio game will give you two episodes with a total of 60 levels to wade through, plus new achievements including “hidden fruits.” As well as this, the developers Rovio will be bringing new updates each month right through from now until November.

Dear Ms Rowe, Angry Birds has been available (for free) on the Android platform since October last year: which means that you are currently six months out of date. I won't hold my breath for your iPad 2 review this coming August. Keep up the good work.
