Facebook & Twitter Used To Market Chevrolet 2013 Malibu

As more and more people get to grips with taking on social media and the way in which it can benefit them either individually or as part of their company, one such automobile is being marketed towards new customers. Bring on the new Chevrolet 2013 Malibu from General Motors which as insideline.com stated, was showcased ahead of the Shanghai Auto Show on April 19th. Just a few weeks back now, we gave you news of yet another automobile manufacturer “Jaguar Land Rover” who were eager to get their brand out on the internet.

The revamped sedan is hoped to be available in some 100 countries, and to entice customers before its debut, GM have taken up the idea with the aid of American agency “Big Fuel” of introducing networking sites Facebook and Twitter to build up their existing customer base. As Mashable reported, potential customers will be able to source more photos and information on the midsize vehicle, with Apple iPhones and iPad tablets benefiting from streamed content.

Along with Facebook, rival Twitter can also be used as a way for customers to ask those all important questions, this can be accessed through their specially set up hashtag #MalibuReveal as well as the vehicle being shown off in all its glory on their official website.
