Facebook UFC Fans Benefit From 5 Fight Live Streaming

For many fans of social networking site Facebook, it is purely used to stay in touch with friends and loved ones, join groups of interest or be informed by invitation of forthcoming events. The site allows you to update your current status, upload photos, gaming and so on. But lately we seem to be hearing of more sporting organisations taking to the site to either keep fans updated on their official fan page(s) or to live stream events as they happen.

This is the case of Ultimate Fighting Championship which was initially founded back in 1993. Hosting mixed martial arts fights all over the world, the sport has become a shrine to cage fighting fans. This weekend as www.fighterscom reported, will be the turn of stars Antonio Rogerio Nogueira against rival Phil Davis. If there’s still a few of you out there who may not be aware, the UFC and Facebook have set up a new campaign where free live streamed fights can be viewed.

To entice subscribers further, the UFC will be showing 5 streamed fights on the Facebook page, from 12.30 am GMT on Sunday morning. This will include Alex Caceres (Bruce LeeRoy), Mackens Semerzier, Jon Madsen and more.

As reported by www.espn.co.uk, kicking off (excuse the pun) this weekend, will be Jon Hathaway against Kris McCray as well as Nogueira and Davis. To find out more on who’s fighting who, click onto the link directly above.
