iBuyPower Battalion 3 Gaming Notebooks: 17-inch & Sandy Bridge Inclusion

If you’re heavily into your gaming, then no doubt you will be familiar with the name “iBuyPower,” the company that specialises in just gaming PC’s. To add to its existing Battalion 101 series, the company have added 3 new gaming notebooks by the name of P151HMI, W150HNQ and lastly W170HN. Amongst plenty of fantastic features, each device will come with the inclusion of an Intel Sandy Bridge processor.

The first of the 3 the P151HMI comprising of a 15-inch 1920 x 1080 resolution display is available with optional upgrades which Jamie over at PR News talks about in more depth. As he explains, no matter what you choose, the High Definition widescreen will still stay at the above dimension. Along with this the P151HMI benefits from 4GB of RAM, Windows 7, 500GB of storage, HDMI-out, 2 USB 2.0 ports, 2 USB 3.0 ports, 2mp webcam with a GeForce GTX 460M video card giving the notebook is fine array of graphics. Retail price for this will set you back $1,119.

Next out of the 3 as Slashgear reported is the W150HNQ, which is virtually the same but with the exception of a GT540 GPU and a bigger screen resolution of 1366 x 768 at a lower price of $899.

Last but certainly not least is the Battalion 101 W170HN with a much bigger screen size of 17.3-inch. In terms of resolution, this packs a GT540 GPU with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 with the price averaging out between the other 2 models at $1,019.
