Motorola Atrix 4G Sprint Rumors: CDMA Version On Way?

The decision of what smartphone to buy seems to be getting harder by the day, do you stick with your iPhone in the hope that the next generation iPhone 5 will be with us soon or do you explore what the HTC Thunderbolt has to offer? One handset launched last month seems to be ticking all the boxes and that’s the Motorola Atrix 4G which initially released on carrier AT&T.

Today to appeal to a much wider audience, there is news from Phones Review via Phone Arena that carrier Sprint may be offering the Android model as a CDMA version as well as the Motorola Xoom tablet. During the month of April, it is hoped that more information on this will become apparent. If official, Sprint will also support WiMAX 4G.

The 4-inch device which shows off a packed listing of specs including some pretty unique features has been receiving a lot of attention for quite some time. With being one of the first handsets to include a dual-core processor, the Atrix 4G also allows users to purchase an optional keyboard dock which works when the handset is positioned into it and become a fully functional working keyboard with a 11.6-inch display.

Give us your thoughts on the new Atrix 4G, and it possibly coming to Sprint as a CDMA version?
