StarCraft 2 Spectre Gaming Mouse From Razer: Your Thoughts?

StarCraft II has been one of the biggest games on the PC for a long time. So many people enjoyed the first one that they just had to make a second and we are hoping that they continue the saga further!

With that in mind those guys at Razer have gone and made a gaming mouse with StarCraft in mind. They are the gamers that make devices for other gamers and this one is a beauty. It’s called the Razer Spectre and they are aiming for tactical precision with this bad boy.

It’s lightweight for when you are scrolling across the screen picking up as many units as you need and makes use of the 5600 DPI laser sensor that features on the bottom of the device. It has ultra polling (1000Hz Polling / 1ms Response), a 16-bit Ultra-wide data path, 200 inches per second and 50g of acceleration.

To top it all off it has got ultra large non-slip buttons and an awesome design with blue lighting. We love it and if you do too then you can pick one up for $79.99 from the Razer website where you can also learn more about the device. One other thing we haven’t mentioned is that you can customize the lights in different ways so that if your base or units are under attack your mouse will start blinking, how cool is that?

If this perhaps isn’t the mouse for you and you have a little bit more of a budget then perhaps you might prefer the Razer Naga Epic or one of the DeathAdder models. You can also read a review of the device on this link.
