Apple iPad 2 “iSkin” Cases: Accessorise In Style

One of the biggest launches that will no doubt take precedence of 2011 is about to take place at the end of this week on March 11. Of course, it can only be Apple’s iPad 2. This morning we gave you a rundown of what to expect on Friday in terms of ordering the tablet online or in store, along with times and tips of how to get hold of your much loved next generation iPad.

As the time draws closer, many of you may be thinking of how to protect and dress up your device with cases or stands and over the last couple of weeks, a number of manufacturers have certainly been presenting their offerings. Debbie here at OSM rounded everything up nicely for you by talking about just some of the products out there. But before we just mention 2 or 3 to get you in the mood, we wanted to tell you about the new “iSkin” case that has already made a fantastic name for itself with original iPad accessories.

News from Slashgear has indicated that they have been hard at work developing new cases for the iPad 2 which will no doubt be as, if not more, popular. If you click onto iSkin’s official page here, you will be greeted with a new range named “The Q West” collection, which has been designed using the “ultra modern” theme. The cases will definitely stand out from the crowd with their patterns and color schemes.

Coming back to our previous accessory news, whatever your taste there is something for everybody. For the person amongst you that likes to have a little bling on their device then its worth checking out the Classic Crystalized Swarovski Jewel iPad 2 case for $408.34. If this is a little out of your price range, then you may want to consider the Belkin or Scosche range with a list of cases and particularly for the latter company, screen protectors, chargers and a keyboard are other options.

As an extra to the iPad 2 which was announced at its official unveiling, the Smart Cover starting at $39 in a range of colors will not only wake but put your tablet device back to sleep.
