Necono “Cat Lovers” Digital Camera: Release May/June

If you are in the market for a new digital camera but want to stand out from the crowd, then look no further as today we have a little something that might be just up your street! Bring on the new cat shaped camera from Japanese company “Superheadz” which is sure to turn heads whilst taking that all important picture.

The camera named “Necono” which means “Cat” in English, is not only sporting a stripy style cat, but as Ubergizmo reported its front paws are fitted with magnets making it easy to grip on to anything. The camera unusual in design may be a unique selling point to some but what has it got in terms of features?

As with all purchases it comes down to personal choice and/or cost, and what we can tell you via Chris Davies at Slashgear, is that the cute looking camera includes a fitted lens in the left eye of the cat and a sensor in the right, a 3 megapixel camera along with a 10 second timer and interval modes.

Suggestions are pointing to the release of a new monitor dock sometime in the not too distant future, but for now we can tell you that the camera will go on sale in May or June with a price tag of $191.

Tell us what you think of the new camera, would you pay $191 for it?
