Verizon Internal Listings Show HTC Droid Incredible 2?

When HTC hit the MWC 2011 in Barcelona, it stated that they would be bringing a new smartphone into the European market for release soon. Named the Incredible S and running Android 2.2 Froyo, it has been open to UK pre-order as from this week, and should be made available for the European market very soon.

Following on from HTC’s success in Barcelona scooping the manufacturer of the year 2011, Softpedia report that Verizon hinted about accepting a new smartphone into the fold in the not to distant future, to replace the highly popular DROID Incredible.

Strangely this falls inline with information sourced by Engadget showing Verizon’s internal listings and an HTC coded device. Two shots were captured one displaying an HTC ADR6350 and the other an HTC63503 with a description “INCRD2”.

Now it doesn’t take a genius to work out that this is likely to be the hinted Android based successor to the HTC DROID Incredible. Furthermore being shown on Verizon’s internal listing, a release date could be just around the corner.

So far there has been no official confirmation from either HTC or Verizon regarding this listing leak or any solid release dates and pricing, so we will have to keep our eyes open for more news.
