Official Price Released For Sony Vaio F Series 3D

We have previously brought you news on the Sony Vaio F series laptop, at the time of this post we were unable to bring you any concrete news on pricing. Now it would appear that an official price has been released and Sony is currently taking preorders for this 3D beast.

In this previous post we talked about the impressive spec list that this device has to offer, just to recap on what you can expect to get from this great piece of kit were going to briefly discuss its features again.

This device when launched will have a 16inch display that can be switched between 3D & 2D at the touch of a button, using of a pair of active shutter glasses the user can have the same quality experience as if they were watching a Bravia 3D TV. This laptop also hosts an Intel Core i7 processor, runs on Windows 7, has Bluetooth 3.0 and features two USB 3.0 ports.

The official price tag of this piece of tech is £1799, so just a penny shy of our prediction of £1800. As we said earlier you are able to preorder from Sony’s official website, once purchased these devices will be shipped out within 5 days of release. You can go straight to preorder by following this link here.

With a device of this caliber we expected a hefty price tag so we are not surprised by this figure, as we have said before this is a lot of money to pay for a laptop, but you do get a well built machine with features galore oozing from it. There are many other devices currently on the market like 3D TV’s and 3D Tablet PC’s but we think that this laptop combines the best of both worlds in one neat little bundle.

Will you be preordering one of these laptops?

Unfortunately, if Sony allowed to enter a GTX, it would certainly fight with Alienware. Thanks for your information, I like your post very much.
