NOOK Color 2: Spec & Feature Wish List

When it comes to eReaders the NOOK Color has been a success in today’s market. It’s a device that has so much more potential than its official specs let on. We have in recent weeks been reporting on how its processor has been overclocked to a whopping 1.1GHz.

We have also seen it running Android’s Honeycomb 3.0 OS, which is a concept that not many people would have thought or imagined. Now we want to know what specs and features you would like to see on a NOOK Color 2.

Over at Engadget, Darren Murph has written an article where he is asking the readers what they would change on the device; a few of their readers are calling for the device to be made bigger or perhaps offer more than one size.

One of the things that most people are calling for with the device if it is to be updated by Barnes & Noble is an extended battery life. The thing is, if you start upgrading the hardware within the device such as the processor you will need to do even more with the battery to improve it noticeably.

We wonder what the guys on the XDA forums might think about the prospect of a new hack toy especially with the success they have seen with the current model. Our parting question to all of you is, what specs and features are on your NOOK Color 2 wish list? Let us know in the comments below.

I don't see the point to these "how would you change…" or "spec wishlist…" type posts. Sure it engages the reader, but does little to add to site content.
