Sony Ericsson announced on its blog yesterday that the LiveView update is ready for its users to download.

The update which you can find now in the Android Market, improves connection stability and puts an end to the random reboots on your Sony Ericsson smartphone. Rikard Skogberg broke the news that the update was ready for download: “I have been informed that the software update for the LiveViewTM micro display now should be live”.

If you have any problems downloading the update from the Android Market, then alternatively you can get it through Sony’s update service application or from their webiste according to Electronista.

Sony Ericsson also addded that “Compatibility with competitor phones is greatly improved, both in regards to stability and to battery life time”. This has been a tricky issue for users in the past, with myslef included and hopefully now the issue will be resolved. If you have downloaded the update then tell us what you think of it. If you are yet to, and have a Sony Ericsson smartphone then do you plan to get LiveView for your handset?
