LG NANO Full LED TV: LW770T and LW950T Specs

With the subsequent CES event of 2011 well underway, we have already seen plenty of devices to get excited over. News from today has included Acer’s Iconia Tablet, Motorola’s Xoom, BlackBerry PlayBook incorporating QNX, Sony‘s offering of cameras and camcorders, Mitsubishi’s DLP 92-inch HDTV, Windows 7 update and so on. For the full listing so far check out Debbie’s roundup for today. But the one device(s) that we didn’t mention was that of two Full LED NANO screen TV’s from LG.

The two will be that of the LW770T series in 42, 47 and 55-inch sizes and LW950T models in 47 and 50-inch, and will incorporate the “Nano Backlight.” Included will be 3D and TruMotion 400Hz. Over at Cnet.com, it has been reported that the 7700 model will in appearance be slightly chunkier whereas the 9500 will not only be stylish like its neighbour but thinner in description.

As Techradar.com reported, the 7700 and 9500 will also come as 1080p HD ready, pack Freeview HD, Smart TV, Magic Motion Remote Ready and much much more.

Last year saw LG models LX9500 and LE8500, at times contended with negative feedback from an issue with bands of uneven lighting, but as Cnet stated this problem has already been addressed with their improved anti-reflective screens. Looking into the future, LG have commented that THX certification is expected to gain 2D and 3D go ahead.

Do one of both of these tick all the boxes with you? Let us know.
