Vizio Cinema HDTV LED LCD Ready For CES

One of the largest events for this coming year is to commence on the 6 January. The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) will take place in Las Vegas and for many developers, this is the prime event to showcase their latest innovations. As well as up and coming mobile phone and tablet devices, this year will see the introduction of many TV’s. Californian based company Vizio along with their new HDTV will be one of those.

The HDTV was originally seen this time last year at CES, and the Vizio Cinema LED LCD offering, will be seen in all its glory ready for release. The TV set which incorporates a 2560 x 1080 resolution in a 21:9 ratio will come in 50 and 58-inch versions and as Engadget reported, can be compared to that of the Philips model although the chances are, it will be retailing for less. Currently as Debbie reported here at OSM, Vizio already have a 65-inch 3D HDTV in their range with plans for expansion from 22-inch through to 71-inch TV’s.

As well as a huge Cinema HDTV set to look forward to, Vizio are rumored to be bringing a 4-inch smartphone to CES along with an 8-inch tablet, Blu-Ray players and devices including Google TV as ITProPortal.com reported, as part of their new VIA plus ecosystem.
