Samsung LED 3DTV: Interesting Design and Late Addition to CES 2011

CES 2011 is looking like it’s going to be bigger than ever. More gadgets gizmos are being shown than ever before, Samsung have been giving many reports of their products and now there is another one just a few days before the event commences.

They have come up with some cool products, like the Samsung Galaxy Player and the HMX-Q10 video camera. We have also done a little roundup of what Samsung were intending on bringing along to the event. You can view that here.

A last minute addition to the Samsung roster is their new 9 series LED-backlit 3DTV. As you can see from the pictures, this isn’t your average looking TV. Well done to Samsung though, if you looked at 20 TV’s at an event, providing the screen quality is good, this is one that you would remember purely because of its unorthodox design. It stands out from the crowd.

Unfortunately the specs and pricing are bit of a mystery; as soon as we have the specs they will be reported. To read more on this, head over to Engadget.com where Vlad Savov has written an article by clicking here. It doesn’t look like this TV would be wall mountable either because of the curved arm holding the screen, unless that is part of the base.

What do you think about the design of this TV? Let us know in the comments below.
