CES 2011: Fujifilm’s Debut – 2 New High End Cameras

We are quickly closing in on CES 2011, so far we have seen many different gizmos, gadgets, laptops, notebooks, televisions and of course lots of tablet PCs. There is no doubt that this year’s event is going to be fantastic and perhaps the biggest yet. Click here to see all the CES 2011 reports we have made so far.

Whilst the pre-event hype has been pretty much all about tablet PC models, many of them running Android’s new Honeycomb 3.0 OS, there has also been a few cameras. We have just cottoned on to couple of cameras; they have had some of their specs leaked so we will bring you what we know so far.

Both cameras are what you would describe as ‘high end’ meaning their specs are very high, it also generally means that their price tags are too! The models that will be formally introduced at CES 2011 are the FinePix HS20EXR and the Fuji FinePix F500EXR. Let’s have a look at the leaked specs. The FinePix HS20EXR will feature a 16 megapixel EXR-CMOS sensor, a 3.0”LCD, a 30x 24mm-720mm equivalent lens another feature it has is an electronic viewfinder. See a pictures of the cameras below courtesy of PhotoRumors.

The other camera is the Fuji FinePix F500EXR also has a 16 megapixel EXR-CMOS sensor, it has a 3.0” 460k resolution LCD, it has GPS geo-tagging, 15x, 24-360mm equivalent and it also has full HD recording at 1080p.
