Google Nexus S Pre-order Live For UK Networks – Not Three

For the last few days, the internet has been inundated with news of the new Google Nexus S along with it’s fantastic offerings. Here at OSM we are pleased to report that the Gingerbread device can now be pre-ordered from four UK carriers over at Carphone Warehouse.

If you are wanting to keep the costs down, the highly anticipated handset will be available either between £219.99 and £249.99 at £20 a month, or on contract for £35 over a 24 month period. As Pocket-Lint pointed out, be aware that data plans may vary through the different networks. Dependant on how much you have to spend, the other option open to you is to purchase the Android phone SIM-free for £549.99, and Pay as you go for that price plus a £10 top up.

Carriers for the Nexus S include O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Orange but as reported, three do not seem to be in the equation. The official release date for the new phone is 20 December so keeping those fingers crossed, you will hopefully receive it before the big day.

Will you be pre-ordering your Google Nexus S? If so, which network will you be inclined to go with? Let us know. To find out more check out Pocket-Lint.
