White iPhone 4 On Its Way: Spring 2011

For quite some time now, the mobile phone world has been rife with speculation surrounding the elusive white iPhone 4. Will we get it, won’t we get it, nobody has had any clear indication of, if and when, we will get our hands on one of these? But news today may be about to change all that? Indications are showing that the device will be coming in Spring 2011.

Up until recently, here at OSM we reported that subsequent delays to the white version were due to manufacturing problems surrounding the color match of the home button and faceplate. Then in October came the news that Apple’s App Store had completely removed the white phone from it’s purchase page, leaving us thinking if the phone would ever see the light of day!

Gary Johnson over at PR News has reported today, that in small print towards the bottom of some signs in Apple stores across America, it is indicating that the white iPhone 4 will be “available spring 2011.” With news of the next generation iPhone 5 coming to our doorstep early next year, begs the question, will consumers want the white model now? Only time will tell.

Let us know your thoughts on this. Have you given up any hope of getting your hands on the white model? To find out more log onto PR News.

Up until now, I cannot understand why Apple Inc. makes it so difficult for customers to avail the white iPhone. Is it that hard to make a white version? I don’t think so!
