Google Bringing Doodles To Your Mobile Phone

If you are like me and want to access information on the internet, then automatically you head straight to Google’s search engine. You will find at times when logging onto the site that you will be greeted with a Google Doodle of some description be it, Halloween, John Lennon’s 70th Birthday Anniversary, Thanksgiving, St Andrews Day and much much more. Today news has come through that you will now be able to enjoy these clever doodles on your smartphone as well as your computer.

Paul Lamkin over at Pocket-Lint has reported that software engineer for Google “Steve Kanefsky” has said, “While we’ve had oodles of Google doodles on our desktop homepage since Larry and Sergey created our very first in 1998, doodles on our mobile homepage have been few and far between. Today, we’re happy to announce that we’re bringing more doodles to your phone.”

To get any enjoyment from the Google Doodles on your smartphone, you will need to have an iPhone running iOS 3+ or an Android handset with 2.0 later on it.
