Verizon 4G LTE Released: Data Pricing Plans Announced

It has just been announced that from December 5, Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network will go live. When activated the Mobile Broadband Network will provide the U.S. with the most advanced and fastest 4G connections. With network speeds up to 10 times faster than 3G, business users will be at the top of the list to enjoy it’s initial advantages.

Engadget reports that 38 Major Metropolitan Areas and over 60 Airports will gain access to this hyper network and it’s low cost 4G Data Plans.

Those wanting to use the network will be able to subscribe from $50 per month, giving them a 5GB allowance or $80 for the 10GB. If your choosing the laptop connectivity, two LG VL600 LTE, 4G USB modems will be available at first but it has been said that the Pantech UML290 will be arriving soon.

Obviously excited about the launch, President and CEO Dan Mead said, “Beginning Sunday, Verizon Wireless is making the best network even better. Our initial 4G LTE launch gives customers access to the fastest and most advanced mobile network in America and immediately reaches more than one-third of all Americans, right where they live. That’s just the start. We will quickly expand 4G LTE, and by 2013 will reach the existing Verizon Wireless 3G coverage area.”
