Verizon Cyber Monday Deals: Twitter Hashtag Bought

With the biggest online shopping day “Cyber Monday” now in full swing, good news has come through from Verizon. In order to get the best deals to make your money stretch that little further, Verizon will be grouping together a 24-day series of latest offers as well as an “Ultimate Digital Give-away” with the help of Twitter’s hashtag #CyberMonday.

In order to find out what’s available, you can tweet or post a Facebook message which will then bring up what deals are on offer. Jolie O’ Dell at Mashable has reported that today’s daily deal will give you 15% discount off the price of BlackBerry devices, as well as Cyber Monday promotions on Samsung’s Intensity II at no cost when signing up to a two-year tariff, or LG’s Ally which will cost you a small $30 with a two-year tariff.

With the onslaught of Black Friday sales and the start of Cyber Monday, figures are already showing that online retailers saw a 15.9% rise in sales when compared to 2009, and when looking back at Cyber Monday sales over 2008 and 2009, a traffic high point was seen of 43% last year.
