LG E-Note H1000B: Specs Will Not Rival iPad

The tablet PC market seems to be booming at the moment and I believe it is mainly due to the iPad being retailed with people looking for the ‘cheaper alternative’ I could be wrong, it may be that all of a sudden there is more of a market for them or that people are finally seeing their worth.

It seems that LG want to get in on the same act that the Apple with the iPad and Samsung with the Galaxy Tab are in on. They have released the LG E-Note H1000B and want it to cause the same stink to Apple that the Galaxy Tab has.

So let’s have a little look at the specs of the device. It has runs on Windows 7 and has a 16GB SSD, 1GB RAM, 10.1” 1366×768 touch screen display, G-Sensor, WiFi, Bluetooth and an Intel Atom Z530 processor. There are plenty of pictures of the LG E-Note that you can view over at netbooknews.com so make sure you have a good look.

Now I know what you are all thinking, it’s a decent looking device and the concept is good but the specs are out of date, that for me is the defining statement that makes this not anywhere near the same league as the iPad, although I could be wrong.

What do you think, could this rival the iPad? Let me know in the comments below.
