Buying Your Teen That Special Gadget For Christmas? Check Out These Ideas

If you take Christmas out of the equation, knowing what to buy your teenager is hard enough at the best of times be it, a birthday or a celebratory gift. But now with some special gadgets available, you can breathe a sigh of relief as this might all be about to change. Mashable has reported on some ten items, four of which we will be giving you a run down on.

Realistically, the gadget needs to not only be fun and functional, but educational. Firstly we wanted to tell you about the “Sony Bloggie Touch.” In appearance it comes in an array of vibrant colors, and if you enjoy taking photos of your friends, and then posting them onto your chosen networking sites such as Facebook and Flickr, then this can be done through the 12.8MP camera and 1080p HD video recording. Incorporated into the design is a flip-out USB arm for uploading and charging. Another great device that only benefit your teen is the “Amazon Kindle eBook Reader.” Back in September we reported on the US Kindle store housing some 700,000 books so in educational terms, this can only be a good purchase.

If we move onto Bluetooth devices, for $79.99, you can peruse the new “Creative D100 Portable Bluetooth Speakers.” For any teenager, music is a major part of growing up, in some ways it gives them a way of expressing themselves. These colorful speakers can now stream their music from Bluetooth devices, or play audio from wired devices. As an extra pressie, think about the “Panasonic RP-HTX7 Headphones. It seems that the smaller design headphones are out and the big chunky 80’s style are back in. These headphones come in a range of colors and retail at $59.99.
