Fans Can Celebrate With iPhone’s New “Take That” App

If you are like me and cannot get enough of “Take That,” then good news is coming your way today with the release of their very own iPhone app.

The group which first hit real success in the nineties is now back bigger and better. From 1991 pop sensation made up of Gary, Robbie, Mark, Howard and Jason have had hit singles selling some 25 million records right through until 1996. Fans were saddened when news came that member Robbie would be leaving. Despite early criticism, Robbie has proved himself to be one of the most talented musicians for a long time. Success has earned him the best selling British solo artist title, some seven “Echo” awards and a staggering fifteen “Brit” awards. Things were set to change!

In July 2010 it was confirmed the four in Take That, were to be Five. Robbie would be rejoining them. I have to say that on listening to the track “The Flood,” I have noticed a maturity in their voices and almost like a real understanding of the music industry. This is obviously where they have had time apart and the years spent within the trade. Pocket-Lint has reported that the new iPhone app will enable those of you out there to check on up-to-date news, photos, accessibility to listen to tracks taken from their new album “Progress” and video content. Incorporated into this, will be Facebook and Twitter integration.

Do you consider to be Take That’s number one fan? If so, will you consider the new iPhone app? Let us know. To find out more log onto Pocket-Lint.
