Panasonic Announce 103-inch 3D Plasma TV

Panasonic, the Japanese multi-national electronics company are responsible for some of the world’s best products under the name of Panasonic and Technics. From the early days when it first launched in 1918, the world over has enjoyed personal TV’s / Radio’s and Home Appliances. But now the company has come up with something on a much larger scale, meet the 103-inch 3D TV.

According to Stan Schroeder at Mashable, the TV first came to light in 2006 with a price tag of $71,000 which at that time was considered extreme. Panasonic have now released the same size TV but with 3D incorporated into it, the TH-P103MT2. Included in this huge offering, the TV packs full HD resolution with 500 million to one contrast. If the grey matter is ticking over and you are tempted by this, just be aware that including the stand, you will be shifting 321 Kg or 707 pounds into your living space.

Looking at today’s price tag, you will be dipping into your pocket and pulling out a hefty $102,000 or 8.5 million yen if converted.
