Happy National Unfriend Day! November 17th is the day when the unofficial holiday that sees you remove fake friends from your social network takes place. So get onto your Facebook or other social network account and get rid off those people you are virtual friends with but hate in real life or dont even know!
According to News Feed, chat show host Jimmy Kemmel called for this new weird day and it is simply a day where you un-friend people who are are not friends in real life. I dont think this will rank in the list of major holiday days but it seems like a fun novelty. For those of you who have always wanted to delete those annoying weirdos who are always online but dont know how, we are going to tell you how to do it.

All you have to do is go on to the person’s profile who you want to remove and scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see Suggest Friends; Remove from Friends; and Report/Block this Person. Simply click on remove friends and voila, there you have it!
Have you been using National Unfriend Day to get rid of those pesky friends? Tell us your experiences in the comments.
