Samsung Galaxy Tab: Price Drop In UK

When the Samsung Galaxy Tab was released it seemed that Tesco’s were the leader when it came to low prices, astonishingly Dixons has now beaten that price by offering the device for £469 that means that they have beaten the previous Tesco price by quite a way.

We can confirm that this price also includes delivery! So why is the price of this dropping so much? Did Samsung underestimate the popularity of the Galaxy Tab? Are Samsung trying to undercut the iPad by enough to make people think twice and perhaps convert brands?

If you head over to the Dixons website you can also view a bundle offer that they are doing with the Galaxy Tab. What do you get in the bundle? You get a Samsung Galaxy Tab and a PNY microSDHC Premium Memory Card with SD Adapter – 16GB worth £69.99, all this for £498.00 which is a total saving of £40.

If you want to make an order for yours before Christmas then head over to Dixons here. Can anyone beat that price? If you have seen it cheaper anywhere make sure you let us know in the comments below.
