iPhone and Android get Google Instant

Google’s search feature Google Instant has finally launched for iPhone and Android mobiles. The instant search tool had been available to users on PCs and laptops and now it is ready to be downloaded for mobile.

According to Electric Pig, all you need to do is visit the Google home page on either platform and then click on the “turn on” link. Once this has been done you will be able to get the dynamic search predictions as you type. If you need any more information we have embedded a help video for you below.

Google has announced a Google Instant beta for iPhone and Android 2.2, and now it is out there for you to download for free. We brought you this news a while a go and now it is ready for all users.

    Maybe its just me, but who actually goes to Google search site on their mobile device? especially android users that have a built in search bar app to which instant does not apply?

    Cool idea but seems to have much more functionality on desktops
