Android Tweet Of 100,000 Market Apps

Nowadays, there are so many apps to choose from be it, Facebook, Twitter, SCVNGR, Angry Birds, and news has come through today via Twitter that Google’s Android share of the market has hit an staggering 100,000 apps, pretty impressive since Android’s launch two years ago and half a year after the 50,000 mark.

Ben Parr at Mashable reported that Android Marketplace has now expanded to 20 plus countries in a bid to rocket them up against their counterparts such as Apple and BlackBerry App World. Although Android devices and apps are continually reaching out to us at a considerable speed, Apple are still classed as the number one service bringing in more than 280,000 iOS apps, and BlackBerry App World with at least 10,000 apps.
