Yahoo Rolls Out Improved Search Engine

Yahoo, one of the biggest search engines used worldwide, has now updated the way in which people can look for information. Incorporated in the change, is a more sleek and eye-catching interface along with a list of hot search topics.

When Stan Schroeder at Mashable reported, the new and improved Yahoo, will now bring up a different list and presentation of search results. For instance, if you put a certain topic (the name of a movie) into the search, instead of looking through a long list of results, a box with vertical tabs will appear in front of you, giving you several different ways to look into it. Results would include up-to-date information on it, trailers, reviews and so on.

From the new improvements, Yahoo are hoping to give “surfers” a more streamlined and organised way of searching. Last but not least, an improved web search for mobile devices has been made possible with the aid of HTML5 technology.
