For those of you out there who are unaware of what this service provides, it is basically an online catalogue of free, unlimited music that up until now could be downloaded to a desktop or laptop. Now you will get to benefit from the app being accessible via iOS, Android and Symbian devices such as, Sony Ericsson Xperia 1 and 2, HTC Touch Pro 2 and so on.

When Stan Schroeder at Mashable reported, Spotify will enable you to listen to music tracks from start to finish, albums, streaming over Wi-Fi or 2.5/3G connection, downloading favorite tracks, playlists and wireless sync of local files from your PC via mobile. To get accessibility to the new Spotify service, it can be downloaded from the “Windows Marketplace” for mobile, or directly onto m.spotify.com using your mobile web browser.

On October 21, Spotify will launch its new service on the Windows Phone 7 handset. You will also benefit from social networking services such as Facebook, Bing and Xbox Live.
