Office For Mac 2011: Official Release 26 October

For those of you waiting to hear a release date for Microsoft “Office for Mac 2011”, an announcement has been made today that it will be arriving October 26; this is earlier than we anticipated.

Blake at Mashable has reported, that recent information indicates a complete revamp of Office for Mac (Office for Mac 2008), and instead of Entourage email, users can now enjoy Outlook. With this in mind, it is intended to make the new version of Office better with the aid of “Microsoft’s Exchange Server”, and for those of you out there using Office for Windows, you will be pleased to hear of a similar Mac based ribbon.

Microsoft will offer various versions that will appeal to all users, including Office for Mac Home and Student 2011, Office for Mac Home and Business 2011 and Office for Mac Academic 2011. Prices vary depending on the package purchased. Versions will be available in different languages such as English, French, Italian, Spanish and so on.
