Nokia N8: Out 3rd Week October

There has been much speculation surrounding the release date of the new Nokia N8 Symbian^3 handset. For those of you who were hoping to get your hands on one of these at the end of September, you may now have to wait until the third week of October. The N8 will consist of some fantastic features such as, 3.5 inch touch screen, 12 mp camera, access to OVI services and Facebook/Twitter apps.

According to Desire at ITProPortal, “Mobiles.co.uk” will now be allowing customers to pre-order the anticipated Nokia N8 with networks O2 and Vodafone being the first two to carry the handset. Indications show that tariffs could range from £10 a month up to £55 a month with the phone initially being free, for as little as £25 per month from Vodafone.

Presently, those of you who enjoy the benefits of O2, prices are yet to be confirmed. But in the ever increasing mobile phone market, they will have to be fairly competitive against the likes of Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange and so on.
