Star Wars “Carrie Fisher” Mourns Fathers Death On Twitter

Social networking site “Twitter” is becoming one of the most popular ways for people to communicate with each other. Users can benefit from it by posting messages (tweets), news, pictures and so on. It’s not just used by the everyday person but celebrities as well.

According to Celebs, the latest star to use their Twitter account is American actress and comedian “Carrie Fisher”. Sad news was announced today of her father’s death. “Eddie Fisher”, 82, a star in his own right, has died from hip surgery complications at his home in Berkely. He had made a name for himself back in the 1950’s with a singing and entertainment career, as well as marriages to celebs such as Debbie Reynolds, Elizabeth Taylor and Connie Stevens.

Following on from her father’s death on Wednesday, Carrie tweeted:

CarrieFFisher He was loved & will be missed by his 4 children as well as his 6 grandchildren. He was an extraordinary talent and a true mensch.
CarrieFFisher My Puff Daddy passed away Wednesday night due to complications following his hip surgery. He was an extraordinary talent and a true mensch.
