Facebook’s Zuckerberg Donating $100 Million To Newark Public School

Facebook, a competitor in the running to be the top online social networking site, has at times had its fair share of good and bad times. CEO “Mark Zuckerberg” has been torn to shreds over privacy issues and the controversy surrounding the latest Facebook movie, “The Social Network” due out in October.

But today, we can report on a piece of news that could change your perceptions of Facebook and its co-founder. Zuckerberg, who is now worth an estimated $6.9 billion, will be donating a whooping $100 million to the Newark public school system. When Blake at Mashable reported on this, it is hoped that this recent goodwill gesture can be used towards improvements within U.S. Newark educational establishments.
