Burberry To Stage iPad Shopping via London Fashion Week

Tonight, 11.00 pm ET, fashion brand “Burberry”, one of Britain’s top fashion houses, will be opening its doors to show off its latest Spring/Summer 2011 clothing range at London Fashion Week. Attendees can look forward to a new line of womenswear. For those who are unable to make it, livestreaming will take place via Burberry’s website. It will enable its users to purchase just a handful of picked out items.

According to Lauren at Mashable, as well as customers having access online to buy their favourite pieces, Burberry have kindly opened 25 of its stores in 16 countries, and will be giving out iPads for attendees to peruse and possibly purchase items. This has been possible with the aid of an app, which has kindly been developed to fit around the requirements of the customer.

For anyone lucky enough to make any purchases can expect to have their orders within 7 weeks. The rest of us will have to wait a little longer to view the collection in store and online.
