HTC Announce New “Desire Z” Slider

Today, September 15, HTC Corporation announced its new smartphone the “Desire Z”. The Android based handset will incorporate some fantastic new features as well as the new HTC Sense which will enable its user to gain a completely different experience on their mobile. Advantages to this include, the easy accessibility to share and combine their information with each other.

According to Thomas Ricker at Engadget, the CEO for HTC has said that “We’re excited to be taking the HTC Sense experience beyond the phone to a whole new level with a series of connected HTC services we call HTCSense.com, our customers will value the holistic approach we’re taking to enhance their mobile experience. This customer-first philosophy has resonated with people buying HTC phones and this drives us to continue introducing new innovative smartphones like the HTC Desire HD and HTC Desire Z.”

For those of you who may be looking to change your old handset then take a moment to peruse these new features. The Desire Z includes a QWERTY keyboard including shortcuts and two keys that can be changed to provide instant access to other functions and comes equipped with a 5 mp camera with 720p HD video capability.

If this latest HTC smartphone appeals to you then you may not have long to wait! Reports have indicated that they are likely to land in European and Asian markets in October 2010 before being transported to North America any time after that.
