Samsung Galaxy Tab: Multi-Carrier Release Date

The Samsung Galaxy Tab has been in the spotlight in recent weeks showing off it’s fantastic features and now for those of you who have waiting to hear what carriers will be backing it, may have to wait just another week. On September 16, Samsung will be announcing this at an event, that may possibly be held in New York.

According to Devin Coldewey at MobileCrunch, reports have indicated that Samsung have already been in talks and made deals with carriers, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. Samsung must have offered something quite unique when finalising deals with these 3 carriers as presently, AT&T already has interests with the iPad, and Verizon have their own Motorola tablet on the way.

Features to enjoy on the Samsung Galaxy Tablet include it being powered by 2.2 Android OS, multimedia browsing on the fantastic 7-inch sized display, the accessibility to communicate via email, voice and video calls, SMS/MMS or social network and varying hub apps such as reader, music and media allowing its users to digitally read, listen to their favorite music tracks or films and videos.

At this moment in time, it is difficult to confirm Galaxy Tab prices on these carriers as it is solely dependant on what is announced on September 16?
