Ranvir Shorey and Konkona Sen Sharma Announce Marriage on Twitter

Bollywood stars Ranvir Shorey (Khosla Ka Ghosla) and Konkona Sen Sharma (Mixed Doubles) have both taken to Twitter recently, to announce the news that they have just got married. The two stars are said to have tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on Friday.

According to a recent article over at indianexpress.com, Konkona took to her Twitter page over the weekend, and posted a message to her followers that read: “Hey guys. Ranvir and I got married on the 3rd. Thanks for all the good wishes! Goodnight.”

Meanwhile, 38-year old Ranvir took to his Twitter, and said: “The best wish/advice I’ve received onmarriage so far: ‘Congratulations! Don’t do it again.’” Ranvir arrived at the ceremony on a horse-drawn carriage, while 30-year old Konkona wore her grandmother’s jewellery.

It wasn’t just the newlyweds that took to Twitter either, as their Bollywood friends also took to the popular micro-blogging website to congratulate them. Actress Genelia D’souza wrote: “Congratulations konkona, lots of love n happiness to a new life (sic).
