Jersey Shore’s Snooki Answers Marriage Proposal on Twitter

24-year old former Iraq war veteran Jeff Miranda – the new boyfriend of “Jersey Shore” star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi – chose a rather unusual way to propose to his girlfriend recently – by popping the question on a cover of a magazine while posing shirtless.

However, according to a recent article at nydailynews.com by Cristina Everett, 22-year old Snooki then chose an unusual way to reply to the marriage proposal – via website Twitter. “Just want to set the record straight,” she posted on her Twitter page on Tuesday.

The reality TV star then continued on to say: “I’m single and I’m not going to get married!” Snooki is said to have met Miranda while out partying at club Karma, on August 13th. Although the two have only been together 2 weeks, Jeff said he wanted to be with Snooki forever.

“I could see us having children. I want to pop the question to her,” Jeff told Steppin’ Out magazine recently, RadarOnline.com has reported. Miranda continued on to say that if people saw them together, they’d think they were a match made in heaven.
